I think most of British people prefer unhealthy life styles. Their food is very fatty and high-calorie. Not everyone can feed in a such way. As for me, i couldn't eat the traditional english breakfast for my breakfast because it's too heavy for me. Our Cocasian cuisine is rather different from their. If i had a chance, i would advise them to eat more heathy food than they used to eat.
